Our inhouse team work very hard to find pictures that are of a high resolution to ensure a good quality image is printed onto your heater. We try our best to find pictures that everyone will love and are proud to offer many different styles to suit all tastes. For an added extra cost you can have your own picture printed but it must be of high quality or it will not be able to be printed. You would need to send it to us to check its quality.

We offer free returns and a full refund (not including delivery charges) on any panel within 14 days of purchase. A refund can only be made through the original payment method (PayPal or card) used during purchase. Items are only eligible for a refund if they haven't been opened or used, and if the original wrapping is still in place.

However, if we've made a mistake with your order, then we will happily offer a refund of all costs, which also includes money spent on postage and packaging.

Once accepted, refunds will take 5-7 days to appear in your account.

How to claim a refund

To claim a refund, you simply need to contact our customer services providing the reason for return. Then attach a returns label to the package and return to a post office or a Royal Mail delivery office.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING METHODS DO NOT INCLUDE PROCESSING TIME.

Purchased items will be shipped from our warehouse location within 4-7 business days of the order, although most orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days.

Shipping prices are determined straight from the carriers. The cost of the shipping depends on the weight of your entire order and its destination from our warehouse location.

Domestic (UK): All domestic orders are shipped with delivery confirmation. Standard delivery time is 2-5 business days from date shipped, but may take longer. Most domestic orders are received within 1 week of ship date.

International: International customers are responsible for customs duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs assessed during checkout. HeatedCanvases.com are not responsible for international shipping delays, such as customs delays and is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes fees (if the package is shipped back because the customs payment was not paid we are not able to refund your order). We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment.
