1) How much is a Heated Canvas?

A heated canvas ranges from £249 to £399 depending on size. This may seems steep at first glance however when you compare this price to an electric storage heater of a similar wattage you realise a heated canvas is a bargain in today's market.
2) How do they work?

Our infrared heaters work by heating surfaces first, then the air as a secondary. This means heat doesn't escape the room when a window or door is opened.
3) Are they safe for children?

Yes - With them being raised they are out of reach of children and even if they were to manage to touch them a heated canvas only has a surface temperature of 50°C. This is much cooler in comparison to 80-90°C of a radiator.
4) What designs are available?

You can have any design you want. From family photos to abstract art, the possibilities are endless. We also have a large range of designs available for you too choose.
5) Are they harmful to the environment?

Not at all! Zero carbon emissions and 98% electrical efficiency means that a heated canvas will help your home become more environmentally friendly.
6) Do they have to be placed in a certain part of the room?

No. Unlike radiators, that are typically placed next to windows or external walls, these heaters can be placed in any part of the room, all they need as a plug socket. This means that you no longer need to consider the location of your heater when designing your perfect room and don't need to work your furniture around your radiator.
7) Do they cause damp or condensation?

Nope, quite the opposite. Our heated canvases actually counteract things like damp and condensation, removing a common issue for homeowners.
8) Is there a store I can visit?

Yes there is. We have a showroom and 52-54 Manchester Road, Accrington BB5 2BN. Open from 9-5 Mon-Fri with appointments available for booking on Saturdays.

10) What is the refund policy?

Items are only eligible for a refund if they haven't been opened or used, and if the original wrapping is still in place.However, if we've made a mistake with your order, then we will happily offer a refund of all costs, which also includes money spent on postage and packaging.
11) What is the life expectancy?

Roughly 75,000 hours. That's enough to heat your space for over 10 years!
